Jam Session at The Music CompanyRecurs every 4 weeksThe Music Company, 4150 Mission Blvd suite 210, San Diego, CA 92109, USA
We’ll be partnering with The Music Company for our monthly Jam Sessions! They’ll be starting on January 30th, and happening every 4 weeks.
Come on out to JAM, meet more Musicians’ Club members in the San Diego area, and check out this awesome recording space!!
The Music Company already has a drum set, 2 guitar amps, 1 bass amp, a keyboard, mics, and a PA. So come through and hang with us!
Want to suggest a song ahead of the jam session? Join our discord and add your song suggestions to the Jam Session thread!
https://discord.com/invite/9UxAUhdThis is a free event! But donations are highly encouraged!
Things to consider when choosing songs:
Chord Chart availability – having a chord chart available makes it easier for people to follow. Check out our website for some choices (https://musiciansclub.com/chord-charts)
General popularity of song – it’s easier for people to follow along if they already know the song
Difficulty of song – we would prefer most songs to be accessible to most skill levels
Complexity of chord changes – in the case that people don’t know a song, less chords are better to keep everyone on the same page.
