Terms & Conditions

You’re making me cry! Didn’t know you were going to make me work this hard but we’ll make this short and sweet so you can actually understand our terms and we can all get back to doing what we enjoy the most… Practice.

When you join our membership, you agree to the following:

  • be a part of our Newsletter subscription, promise to keep it out of your junk mail, read and memorize its’ contents, and prominently display a copy on your refrigerator.
  • grant us FULL permission to use any image, audio, video and other media that you submit or we otherwise capture during our events (compromising or not).
  • NEVER pull off a Will Smith (scouts honor).
  • hold Musicians’ Club NOT responsible for any effect they have on your mental health, inadvertently or not. You are an adult and fully responsible for your actions. Unless we hold a gun to your head or hog tie you, you volunteer and fully accept what comes your way.

In return, we agree to do our best to provide you with the best musical experience any human deserves or can possibly have including but not limited to:

  • access to contents in our website.
  • annoying newsletters to keep you updated with our events.
  • musical advise you can take to add to the hundreds you already seek out in the internet.
  • musical outlet from jam sessions to live gigs ’cause we know what it feels like to be kicked out from your previous bands.
  • chord charts where we can at least have a baseline to begin all arguments on it’s accuracy.
  • or just a place to let out your grievances until we decide we’ve had enough.

If at any time you decide that this is NOT for you, simply unsubscribe, cancel your membership, delete us from your browsing history/bookmark/digital memory and agree never to troll us again and we will respectfully return the favor.

Thank you and welcome to Musicians’ Club. The only organization that is willing to have an honest conversation and not hide behind legal mambo jumbo language to get their message across. Besides have you seen how much lawyers charge?

Sincerely,

Musicians’ Club Team

P.S. We reserve the right to cancel your membership if you don’t meet our minimum set of club values or if for no other reason than the fact that we don’t like you. If we do cancel your membership, you agree not to take offense, leave the arbitration to us, take away from the experience that you are simply better than us, , and move on and find another club that will fulfill all your needs.
